Inside Ti Hale you’ll find 4 sleek and spacious bedrooms - 2 master suites (Cal King; King) and 2 guest rooms (King; a Twin + a Full/Twin Bunk set) with an additional full bath. Inside both master suite bathrooms are large vanity areas, dual-head showers and walk in closets ready for you to unpack and relax.

A/C is set up in the main living area as well as all of the bedrooms. This large A/C system in the living area provides a nice cooling to the entire house for extra sleeping comfort. Ceiling fans throughout the home provide an extra breeze but don’t forget to open up the large patio sliding doors on both the front and back lanai to enjoy the Kauai fresh air. Off the front lanai you’ll be impressed with majestic mountain views and waterfalls while the rest of the property is beautifully landscaped in tropical Hawaiian flora. 

The white-granite countertop in the spacious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the cooking essentials necessary for a large family and friends gathering. Fire up the grill on the front lanai and enjoy some local fresh fish and veggies while dining alfresco.

  We loved our stay at Ti Hale! The house accommodated our family and extended family (10 people). It was clean, with everything we needed, including great items to use at the beach. We especially loved eating meals on the front porch, with amazing views of the mountains. One small critique was that our parents did not find the chairs particularly comfortable for sitting in long. Those of us who are younger had no issues. When we checked out and accidentally left a camera behind, someone who works with the property met us nearby to save us a two-hour round trip back to get it. We appreciated them being so accommodating!

  We had a wonderful time in this well equipped home in a great location. We particularly liked that we could walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Queen's Bath, or other beach locations. House had everything we needed including the ability to control AC in separate rooms which was a plus. We had a problem with an appliance which was quickly resolved by management. We would certainly rent again on our next visit to Kauai.

  Personally, I don’t think the pictures do the space justice. It is really spacious and lovely. The location was fantastic within a 10 minute walk of a beach, in a very quiet neighborhood with really friendly neighbors.   We enjoyed our stay at Ti Hale. Our family of 7 (parents, kids, grandparents) had enough space to spread out and have some privacy. Our favorite feature was the large lanai on the front of the house. Perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktail. The location was terrific, right in the heart of Princeville, with easy access to walking trails, grocery store, restaurants, and shops. And amazing views of the beautiful Kauai mountains. We also enjoyed the short drive (~10 min) to Hanalei Beach and spent a day at Ha'ena State Park. The washer/dryer was also very welcome. The house was well-appointed, too. Only hiccup was the ice machine in the fridge wasn't working. But property management company was very responsive. Overall, a relaxing family vacation. Would be happy to return one day!

  We loved going back to Ti Hale as a “home “base after a day of exploring or hanging out on the beach. The fairly new property had a fantastic layout for our family of five. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the open layout and used the two sets of sliding doors onto spacious covered decks quite a bit. We ate every meal on the deck with the beautiful mountain views. We have three adult children so the decks and bedrooms offered a bit of alone time to just listen to the breezes and birds and take in the beauty and peacefulness alone when needed. The kitchen was well equipped. It was pretty stormy the first few days we stayed and we felt like we were in a solidly build house. We even sat on the covered decks to experience the sounds of the heavy rain. We felt completely safe in the quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes. The house was spotless upon arrival. The management company was wonderful about checking in while not requiring a response. They were also quick to respond when I had inquiries. We wish we could have stayed forever.
