Morning coffee or an evening cocktail always tastes better when sipped on your private lanai, providing direct views of the blue Pacific Ocean and the colorful sunsets of the Na Pali coast. The lanai also features a retractable shade, which allows for extra privacy and reduces the sun’s glare in summer months.

Taking an afternoon nap or a sound night’s sleep is easy in either of the two large bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed; the second bedroom includes two full size beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped, upgraded kitchen. Pack light by taking advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer.

You’ll never have to leave the Pali Ke Kua complex, boasting amenities such as a pool, hot tub, on-site restaurant, complimentary self-parking, and a paved path to Hideaways beach.

Venture out of the complex and take a short walk to the Princeville Resort hotel (formerly the St. Regis) with its restaurants, shops and Hanalei Bay views or to Happy Talk Lounge, which features live music. Stay active by golfing ocean front holes at Princeville Makai Golf Club or use the walk/jog path, which runs along the golf course and Prince Albert Park.

Princeville Center located 2 miles (3.2 km) from the condo, features shopping, restaurants, and services such as banks and a post office. Just 3.5 miles (5.6 km) away explore world famous town of Hanalei with its crescent-shaped bay or the community of Kilauea with its lighthouse and wildlife refuge, 6.5 miles (10.4 km) away.

  The condo was absolutely perfect for our girls getaway. Stunning views from our lanai including gorgeous sunsets! We cancelled a dinner reservation so we could pick up pizza & salads from Hideaways and eat on our lanai with the best view on the island! The condo is upgraded nicely, beds are comfortable, and it was super clean and had great amenities and touches. We had 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and coolers to use during our stay which was so helpful. The property mgmt was excellent. The coffee maker didn’t work our first morning there.. and we asked for more towels. We had a working coffee maker and more towels delivered in just a few hours!! I would highly recommend this place. And can’t wait to stay again! Loved it. Thank you Makana Kauai!!

  My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary trip to Kauai. First time here! Perfect location for us and all the activities we wanted to do. Amazing sunsets while sitting on the deck!
  We own an Airbnb back in PA where we are from, and all I can say is this place was spotless and organized perfectly. I am very picky about this and if you are the same, you won't be disappointed. Master bed was comfortable - we slept well after doing the 8 mile hike on Kalalau trail! Would be the perfect place for a family to stay with the upstairs bedroom and bath for kids. Closet was full of beach supplies, anything you'd need for a day at one of the nearby beaches. Not sure we will travel back to Hawaii from the East Coast anytime soon, but I would choose to stay here again anytime! Oh, and the pool and hot tub were a plus - we didn't use it much, but it was a nice amenity.

  The condo and the location couldn’t be better! We walked to three different beaches easily. The sunsets were amazing! We loved how close it was to Hanalei. It took us a few days to figure out the AC. They are portable units and very loud. We would close the bedroom and bathroom doors before we went to bed to cool off the room then just put on the AC fan for the night. The bedrooms stayed cool all night. We really appreciated the beach gear, chairs, and boogie boards! We used them every day. We loved our time on Kauai!

  What can I say? Absolute perfection from the moment we walked in.
  Three portable air conditioners... However, we only use them a couple of times and seriously use the fans. But a wonderful convenience to have.
  Decor was very tastefully done, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Spent many wonderful mornings and evenings, watching the sunrise over Hanalei Bay and the sunset over the ocean. Our son and his family were with us for a few days and he surfed almost every day he was there and we spent several wonderful trips down to hideaways beach. Highly highly recommend this condo.

  My wife, my two daughters (9&10) and myself had the chance to stay in the condo for 4 of the most amazing days. Check in was easy, the condo was clean and ready for us, and the views were breath taking! The location was perfect, we took day trips to Anini Beach just a few minutes away for snorkeling and saw turtles every time! We also took a day trip to Ke'e Beach and spent the day there which was really a great idea. In our off time we went to the pool/jacuzzi. We ate at Hideways Pizza onsite and it was actually great pizza! The condo also had floaties, chairs, coolers and umbrellas if you needed them. Our family had a truly special time staying at this condo, pictures don't do the view justice, its really an amazing site!

  We came to Pali Ke Kua for my husband's birthday and we are so glad we did!
  The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed except be prepared to bring your own spices as they were not available, but the kitchen had everything else we needed other than that.
  The Lanai was wonderful! We couldn't see or hear any of the other guests except those walking on occasion on the grounds below us so it felt very private. The view was amazing. The location was close driving distance to Hanalei and shops and restaurants.
  The Princeville shopping area had a grocery store, wine shop and a few restaurants, one of which we loved which was B's Kitchen and Bar.
  Makana Kauai Properties was an excellent management company to work with. They were on the ball every step of the way, we couldn't have been more pleased.
  I would highly recommend staying at this property and we will definitely come here again.

  A wonderful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo in a quiet cliffside complex on Kauai's north shore. Amazing views! Has everything a family of four or two couples would need to stay a week or more. We enjoyed walking to the nearby beaches (secret beach, hideaway beach), the scenic walking path along the cliffside and the short drive to various towns throughout the area. The description of the property is accurate, and the property manager was very responsive & professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.
