Keoniana Kai, located in the prestigious town of Princeville, is an amazing handcrafted home which boasts one of the most magnificent views from every room in the house with the exception of the den (bonus room). The rooms are all very private and set apart from each other providing ample space for everyone. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is 2,700 square feet of comfortable living area plus 800 sq. ft. of deck space and covered lanais. The covered 1st floor patio leads to a dipping pool/hot tub area that overlooks the ocean. Another outdoor dining area off the kitchen provides another spot to relax and enjoy the views

Disclosure: Please do not park/block the driveway. Public beach access runs through the property. Possible noise can occur during the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM. The paved access leads down to the beach and the Princeville water plant. Management is required to do routine inspections at the water plant and have access through the main entry gate. There is no lifeguard at the beach from nearby access. Please be safe and swim at your own risk.

  The house was absolutely beautiful with an uplifting feeling. The nesting albatross in the cul de sac round about was an extra plus. Our one regret was that the hot tub was not working during our stay and it was not fixable by their maintenance crew. (The house features the photo of the hot tub prominently in its listing). But we loved the house and area. It was quite special.

  The views are spectacular from this architectural beauty with an incredible floor plan. Though bathrooms/showers are very small, the rest of the home more than makes up for it.   The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. There are ceiling fans and a wonderful cross breeze.
  It was very nice to have 3 full suites for us, and the addrd bathroom helped too,

We truly believe this is one of the finest locations in all of Princeville; the over-ocean view from nearly every room in the home combined with the beautiful plunge pool/spa and deck is simply unsurpassed. The property exceeds the rental description: absolutely spotlessly clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished, with kitchen and recreational amenities galore. We especially enjoyed observing (from a safe distance) the nesting albatross throughout the area on our daily morning walks. The management was responsive to any question or concern that arose.   We had such a great time at this property. The views were amazing from every room. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of beach towels. It was so nice have a cooler and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use! Beds were comfortable and the how was very nice and breezy at night. Showers/bathrooms a little small but not a big deal with how great everything else was! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!   We were a group of two adult couples staying at this property for four nights and had the most amazing time. The house is beautiful with all that you need to have a lovely stay. We cooked several meals while there and found the kitchen to be well-stocked for our purposes.
  
  The integration of the outdoors in the living area makes this house truly special. The sliding doors off the main living area we kept open all the time, and that created a lovely breeze throughout the house that kept us cool. No need for air conditioning (and we were there in mid-July!) The pool and hot tub area had the most amazing view and a lot of privacy.
  
  You can walk to the beach from this house by hiking down a trail that takes about 10 minutes. The trail itself is a little steep and might be a challenge for those with mobility issues.
  
  The bathrooms in this house had small showers, which is my only critique. However there was a nice, big bathtub in one of the master baths.

  We loved Keoniana Kai! Some of the best views I’ve seen on island and I have been all over. Wide ocean views from all 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. Pool and hot tub (which heated up super fast) overlook ocean, very relaxing. Well stocked kitchen and beach supplies, they thought of everything. Very very clean. Also a bonus Tv room well furnished with extra full bath! Property manager very responsive to any questions I had. Location is great, right in Princeville’s North shore, Foodland nearby, close to Kilauea and Hanalei. Quiet street, very private and beautiful. We will return!

  I have stayed in many vacation rentals; Keoniana Kai was the best I have ever experienced! The location is amazing (we watched whales breaching in the ocean from the upper deck). It’s also a nice walk, moderately rugged, to a wonderfully not-crowded beach. We saw sea turtles on multiple days while snorkeling and just walking along the path. In addition, everything in the house was clean and functional. The kitchen was well-equipped with enough dishes and cookware to meet our needs when eating in. The beds were very comfortable. Waking up in the morning to ocean waves and birdsong (roosters crowing too, of course 😀) was very relaxing. The spa was in good working order and simple to operate (just a push of 1 button) and only took about 15 minutes to come up to temperature. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom plus there’s a 4th full bathroom just off the family room. The bathrooms are small but have everything needed. The Princeville shopping area is a 30-minute walk (5-minute drive) from the house so several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay in this house again.

  First off what a amazing property, we have been vacationing in the islands for years and this property embodies what a Hawaiian feeling vacation house should. Amazing breeze’s though out the house and a amazing view. The secluded beach was a 10 minute hike from the front door and became the daily work out walking down the path everyday and night. Amazing reef for snorkeling and when the tide was out watching locals spearfish was amazing. This place is amazing and we will definitely return and stay again.

  We loved this house! It was a perfect location for our family. There were six of us staying at the house and it was more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kids liked the pool the best while we were particularly fond of the patio and the balcony off the kitchen. Everyone loved the beach access just below the house. The house was well stocked, and super clean. The management company checked on us often but we had zero issues. I would highly recommend both this property as well as the management company.

  Great house to stay in on the north shore of Kauai. Ideally located with beautiful views over the ocean from a high cliff. House has a that authentic Hanalei bungalow feel, nicely furnished and well equipped. Nice plunge pool/hot tub overlooking the ocean. Only minor thing which could be better was the bathrooms are kind of small and feel cramped, but again a minor issue. As was noted in the proper description, there is a trail which goes down to the beach which people access by walking along the driveway of the property. Not that big of a deal since it is in the front of the house. Back of the property where the patio and pool are is very private. I would definitely stay there again.
