Hale Nalani, “House of the Heavens,” can be found in the resort community of Princeville. A walled courtyard provides privacy to this single-level, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home, which also features a 40-foot (12 m) lap pool.

Tropical hardwood floors run throughout the open-concept, 2,600 square foot (242 m2) residence. Enjoy cooking in the chef’s kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and large, granite island. The luxurious master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom (shower, jacuzzi tub, toilet, dual sinks) and pool view. This wonderful retreat offers a small desk area, tv, and a walk in closet.

A king-size bed and en suite bathroom (shower, tub/toilet) are also featured in the second guest bedroom with a garden view.

Conveniently located next to the half-bath, the third guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed.

  Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! This lovely home has high end appliances, beautiful amenities throughout and a pool outside folding glass doors. It is a few minutes walk to a small shopping center with shops restaurants, shave ice , ice cream you can only get in Hawaii, and a wonderful grocery store with wine, beer, alcohol and everything you might want to eat including fresh tuna, poke, huli huli chicken and more! Haneli Bay is a short drive away. The home is stocked with coolers, beach chairs, Beach towels and everything you need for the pool or beach outing! Will definitely try to stay here the next time we come to the island!

  Hale Nalani was the perfect home base for our week on the ever-magical Kauai! Every component of this home was well thought out and intentional, from the beach gear neatly stored, to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, to the plush towels, right on down to the lighting. Poolside was our favorite place to be, coffee with the birds and the sunrise made our mornings refreshing and restorative.   My family and I (five in total) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hale Nalani. It was a fantastic location in Princeville, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the Princeville Shopping Center (which we took advantage of on multiple occasions to attend the night market and grocery shop at Foodland) and merely a 10-minute drive away from the town of Hanalei. It was landscaped in such a smart and private way that we never saw the neighboring houses.
  
  The house was beautifully decorated with a “zen” type feel that encouraged relaxation. We made use of the pool upon our arrival home from exploring the island each day and it was such a wonderful way to unwind. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the kitchen on a daily basis and it was stocked with everything we needed and more (very high-quality tools)! Each room was impeccably clean and comfortable and we loved having access to the laundry room, which was just as gorgeous of a space as the rest of the house. We additionally appreciated the pool toys, beach chairs, etc.
  
  Our only feedback to make the stay even better than it already is would be to provide coffee (whether ground or K-cups), some blankets for the living area and at least one clock as we constantly found ourselves wondering what time it was and would have much preferred to not have to look at our devices. We will undoubtedly stay at Hale Nalani if/when we travel to Kauai again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

  We chose this property because it is near our family who live in Princeville and because it has a pool. We could not have been more pleased. The property is lovely, spacious and well equipped. It was clean and comfortable. The property manager was easy to reach and checked in to see how our stay was going. She also brought over a traditional coffee maker for my husband. I would definitely recommend this property to families and small groups. We were able to sit on the beautiful lanai and visit as the youngsters enjoyed the pool! The house is within easy walking distance to the market and several shops and eateries.

  We walked in and were pleasantly surprised at how big the home felt. Irs because of the design of the open lanai combined with the open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. We appreciated how clean the home is and the wood floors throughout the home. Being on the North Shore means it gets really dark once the sun sets, so it was nice to have games, a pool and a giant kitchen for occasional evenings at home. There is a ridiculous amount of storage, so it takes awhile to find things in the kitchen. There are some spices and a grocery store in walking distance. In that same center, we enjoyed Lapperts ice cream, Sandwich Isle, and Tiki Iniki. The furniture isn’t the most comfortable, but how much do you sit on a trip to Kauai?

  We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hale Nalani. The wide array of beach toys, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and umbrellas were so handy for beach days. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils and had adequate seasonings and etc. The two master bedrooms were lovely and spacious and plenty of towels and washcloths were handy. The backyard was beautiful with an avocado tree which were delicious. We enjoyed eating al fresco by the pool and loved the accordion doors in the kitchen/dining area that allowed us to open and the automatic screen to keep the bugs out. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It also was handy that the property is so close to Hanalei for groceries and sightseeing.We truly loved staying at this property and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai.

  We had SUCH a great time at Hale Nalani!! We hated to leave. It is a beautiful home, exquisitely furnished and so comfortable. The kids loved the pool, mom loves the spa tub, everyone loved the beds, the plush towels, and the lovely quiet peaceful neighborhood. The house was great to come back to you after a day of adventures to relax and go over our day. The kitchen is great with plenty of amenities. Avery was very communicative and so kind.
