The condo’s master bedroom is equipped with a brand new king size bed, flat screen Smart TV, its own lanai with chaise lounge chairs, and en suite bathroom. The spacious guest bedroom contains two Queen-Size beds and an en-suite bathroom. This well equipped. condo provides all the comforts of home. Luxury linens, plush towels, and much more.

Enjoy lounging in the comfortable living space has upgraded furnishings and a dining area that seats four. The second lanai is off of the main living space and features an outdoor dining table, electric BBQ and extra chairs for relaxing.

  Everything with the condo was great. Excellent communication with the management company, Makana, before, during and end of trip.
  
  Upon arrival, the condo was clean and lights were on (we got there at night) as Makana told us in an earlier email. The kitchen was also well stocked.

  We had a wonderful time in Pali Ke Kua. The condo was very clean, with nice big windows to let the sun in, and a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beach was a short walking distance from the condo.

  We were pleasantly surprised how central the property is in Princeville. A short drive to the market and nearby restaurants. The community is very quiet and easy to find. The unit is well appointed not far from parking and has nearly everything you need. We were thrilled to have use of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and a cooler! There is no air conditioning but the ocean breeze and over head fans were all we needed for our stay in August. Hanalei is a 15-20 minute drive away. Tunnels Beach was magnificent ! All in all we enjoyed this stay and found the property very clean! An extra unexpected bonus was having access to a concierge which was a huge help making reservations and navigating our stay!!

  We really enjoyed our 4-night stay in Pali Ke Kua! Beds were comfy and our two boys (ages 12 and 15) appreciated having separate beds in their room. The unit was nicely appointed and very comfortable - we enjoyed the lanais and the pool, as well as the close proximity to Hanalei and Princeville shopping area. We live on Oahu and will plan to rent this unit again when we're back on the North Shore of Kauai. Mahalo nui for a great stay!

  The property was incredible with great views all around. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast nook which gave us a nice ocean view. Overall, the entire vacation was wonderful. If I could change any one thing it would be upgrading the furniture a bit. The double bed mattresses aren’t as comfortable as hotel stays. Nonetheless, we had an amazing time and the staff was very responsive and professional.

  My family of five stayed at this beautiful condo in March 2020. We ended up spending a lot of time inside the condo as there were flash flood warning‘s, severe thunderstorm mornings, and even a tornado warning. It was very nice having three separate TVs where we all have space to watch something he wanted to. The grounds are very nice and we were lucky enough to see a beautiful sunset from the grounds of the condo. There is also a nice paved trail that leads down to a beach. The condo was equipped with everything you needed Including beach chairs and toys and boogie boards. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

  Overall the stay was fantastic and the management company was easy to work with. The location is amazing and convenient. There were two issues that I think need to be addressed for the enjoyment of future guests. The TV's were unusable in the 2 bed bedroom and in the living room. We had two of the guests that are very tech savvy and they could not get the TVs to work other than the main bedroom (King Bed BR). The other issue was the electric grill outside. It was also unusable because it would trip the electric outlet, apparently drawing too much wattage. Other than those issued our stay was amazing and we would stay again. Thank you!

Since receiving your review we've scheduled an electrician to resolve the electric/BBQ problem. We also do a pre-check prior to each arrival that includes a test of the TVs and cable to ensure everything is properly working.   We absolutely loved our stay at Pali Ke Kua, Unit 141! My husband and I just enjoyed 3 magical weeks in Kauai and Unit 141 was the perfect place for us. The unit came equipped with everything we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We appreciated having a lower unit that allowed us to walk right out the back door to immediately take in the ocean views. Having the nenes come to visit every morning was an added bonus. The unit is close to the pool and within walking distance of several places to enjoy a really nice meal or cocktail. Having a washing machine and dryer on site was also really convenient. We look forward to being able to come back and rent unit 141 again if it is available.
